Audit Tools

The audit tools have been developed to reflect the GGJ example policies and procedures and the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards (formally Home Care Standards/Community Care Common Standards). We have developed audit tools for each of the Home Care Standards expected outcomes. Each of the audit tools can be printed out and written on in pen, or used as Word documents on your computer and filled in electronically.

Survey Tools

The survey tools allow you to manage and administer surveys, several surveys (service user, staff and meals surveys are included in the set). The survey tools follow the structure of the audit tools and have a ‘macro’ build into the word document to allow you to enter responses in the results table and have the 'Macro' automatically calculate the % of responses for you.

Planning Spreadsheet

The planning spreadsheet is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that allows you to complete the plans relevant to your service and keep them all together in one place. This assists in ensuring that your plans are always up to date and easily retrieved.  It includes: an organisation calendar; strategic, operational, improvement, business continuity and risk plans; approved suppliers list, employment checks register and an assets register.
