Policies and Procedures for the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards

We have recently completed developing Policies and Procedures for the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. These are designed to be accessible to all workers, easy to understand, and easier to keep up to date.

The new Policies and Procedures come in three formats:

• Home Care
• Residential Aged Care
• Integrated Home and Residential Aged Care.

Our Policies and Procedures:

• Address governance and clinical requirements
• Are clearly written and easy read
• Have Integrated Audit Tools available (with consumer and staff surveys).

Support Services
Support services are optional and include: an ongoing support subscription service advising of relevant updates, assistance to implement Policies and Procedures, reviews to identify gaps and ensure you meet the requirements of the revised Standards.

NDIS Add-on
We also provide an NDIS Add-on that covers the gaps in the Aged Care Policies and Procedures to support service providers to meet the requirements of Module One of the NDIS Standards with one set of Policies and Procedures.
